PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Welcome to the online home of the Chicago Hotel Concierge Association, we are a professional association dedicated to supporting the professional and ethical growth of the hotel concierge community. The measure of a concierge is not only what they know, but who they know.
For non-members you can access the requirements for memberships, and the code of ethics under which we operate. We hope that this will not only encourage interest in membership, but also to help our many vendors and partners to be able to work more effectively with our members.
For our membership, in the members section we have enhanced the utility of the site, with a searchable database of meeting minutes, and an event calendar where you can find information about the goings on in the city.
