the city to better serve our clients

of Les Clefs d 'Or
7) Les Clefs d'Or contacts through social interaction as two letters of
recommendation are required to apply
8) Your hotel can share in the prestige of having a Chicago Hotel Concierge
Association member on staff
MEMBERSHIP
REQUIREMENTS
All CHCA membership
applications must be requested from our Corresponding Secretary (see our
CHCA Board of Directors list for the current Board
member). The qualifications are as follows:
1) You must have been
a Hotel Concierge for at least 6 months
2) You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week as a Hotel Concierge
3) The membership belongs to your hotel, and any change in employment status
will require a re-application
4) Attendance is required at a minimum of 2 CHCA meetings per calendar year to
maintain membership. (If this requirement is not met, you will forfeit your
membership for the following year, after which you may apply as a new member)
5) Annual membership dues are $50 per member for the calendar year of January
through December
6) Checks are payable to "Chicago Hotel Concierge Association" or the
payments can be made with credit card
7) Include your business card and a signed "CHCA Code of Ethics" with your
application
